Whether you are planning your wedding, celebrating a birthday, planning a day retreat, or a corporate event, The Ranch 22 can’t wait to host you and your guests. All rental fees are a donation to our nonprofit, The LOW, and help support our Stable Moments Program. Thank you for your heart and joining the mission!

PLEASE NOTE - These packages are Rental Packages. An Event Coordinator is available for an additional feel. Chairs, Tables, Bounce Houses, Animal Encounters, and decorations are available add-ons. We have a Premier Vendor List.
the Field $500
This is a 3 hour daytime rental. Great for kids parties! An all outdoor experience for your guests to soak in all the farm fun. Up to 50 guests can enjoy meeting the moos and all their friends through the fences.
The space rental fee is MAX 3 hours , including set up and break down time*

The Garage $1500
This 3,200 sq ft multi use space gives your guests the farm experience in a covered space. Up to 150 guests can comfortably fit at tables and your caterer has a full kitchen.
The space rental fee includes 4 hours, including set up and break down time* $500 each additional hour

The Farm $5000
This is ideal for weddings, giving you and your guests access to The Barn, The Garage, and The Fields for 6 hours.
Walk down the center of the barn for your ceremony and meet your guests for a beautiful reception in The Garage.
Also wonderful for fundraising events, retreats, and corporate Team building meetings, up to 150 guests.
The space rental fee includes 5 hours, including set up and break down time* $750 each additional hour

The Full Access Wedding Package! The Ranch Rental gives you the evening before for your rehearsal and the day after for your special occasion.
Access to The Barn, The Garage, and The Fields, allowing you to accommodate up to 150 guests.
The space rental fee includes 30 hours- evening before for rehearsal and additional set up and day of event, including set up and break down time* $750 each additional hour
